Alfredo Chicken Lasagna

This chicken alfredo lasagna is an easy dinner idea for busy moms that need a chicken casserole on the table after a crazy day. Everyone loves this simple meal idea and I have no doubt you'll love it too!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 package No Bake Lasagna Noodles This recipes uses 12 noodles
  • 16.2 oz RAGÚ Simply Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower Sauce Found at Walmart
  • 4 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided into 3 cups & 1 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • *optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a 11x14 baking dish (or larger spread 1/3 cup alfredo sauce
  3. Lay 3 noodles, not letting them overlap
  4. Combine shredded chicken and remainder of the sauce in a bowl large bowl
  5. Combine 3 cups mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl
  6. Spread 1/3 chicken mixture on top of noodles.
  7. Spread 1/3 cheese mixture on top of chicken
  8. Lay three noodles on top
  9. Spread 1/3 chicken mixture on top of noodles.
  10. Spread 1/3 cheese mixture on top of chicken
  11. Lay three noodles on top
  12. Spread 1/3 chicken mixture on top of noodles.
  13. Spread 1/3 cheese mixture on top of chicken
  14. Lay three noodles on top
  15. Spread remaining mozzarella cheese on top of last three noodles
  16. Garnish with fresh parsley
  17. Spray foil with cooking spray
  18. Cover lasagna with foil
  19. Bake 60 minutes
  20. Broil on low 5 minutes or until browned
  21. Let sit for 5-10 minutes
