  • 1/2 lb cubed American Cheese from the meat & cheese counter
  • 1/2 lb cubed Pepperjack Cheese from the meat & cheese counter
  • 1/2 cup regular sour cream
  • 1 8 oz block regular cream cheese
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel
  • 1 cup whole milk * have more on hand to thin down the dip as it sits, or for reheating
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mild chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder


  • Combine all ingredients in crockpot (this one is awesome--> http://amzn.to/2y244YO) and cook on low, stirring frequently. 
    Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
    ** If you want to melt the cheese dip faster, melt on the stovetop on low and transfer to a crock pot for fantastic dipping!
