Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes

These crockpot Cheesy Potatoes are a great side dish for ham, a perfect side dish for steaks and a great hot side dish for grilled meat as well!

Ingredients

  • 30 oz. bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 T butter melted
  • cups cheese - shredded cheddar divided I prefer sharp cheddar, any will do
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, or in a large bowl
  • Transfer to 6-Qt crock pot if not already
  • Put lid on the crock pot
  • Cook on high for 2 hours, or low for 4-6 hours
  • Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of cheese until melted
  • Enjoy!
