This chocolate chip dip is our favorite sweet treat and dipping dessert, but you can also serve it as an appetizer for a delicious starter
Note that the flour MUST be cooked in the microwave for 2 minutes or cooked in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through, to kill any bacteria. I recommend leaving it out if you can, as you don't necessarily need it but you can always add it at the end if you think you need it!
