Cream the butter, sugar and dark brown sugar together
Mix in the vanilla extract
Add the flour and milk and mix thoroughly
Mix in the chocolate chips
Roll the dough into little balls that are between 1/2 and 3/4 inch in diameter.
* If the cookie dough balls are too big, you can always cut them down or in half later
Freeze the balls of dough until ready to use in pie filling
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. I like to use my food processor or pampered chef chopper
Mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter
Press into the bottom of a greased 9 or 10-inch pie pan
Set in the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes while you make the filling
