Homemade Pancake Mix

Have no pancake mix at home? No problem! You'll LOVE these pancakes made with simple ingredients that you already have in your kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients to wet, stirring to combine until smooth
  • Spray griddle or pan with cooking spray
  • Heat griddle to med-high heat or 300 degrees
  • Pour mixture onto griddle/pan
  • Once the pancake is bubbly all over, flip and cook until finished on underside of the pancake
  • Serve warm and top with butter and syrup
  • Enjoy!
