Prepare Good Seasons salad dressing by following the directions on the packet.
Chop the Roma tomatoes, carefully leaving seeds out. The easiest way to do this is to set the tomato tall on its bottom and cut off the four sides, scooping any seeds out that might still be intact with the side of the tomato. Then, dice the four sides into small pieces.
Dice the green onions into small pieces.
Tear off the cilantro leaves and tear or cut into smaller pieces.
Add diced jalapeños to the above mixture, to taste.
** I will also cut up jalapeño rings into small pieces instead of buying a can, that way I can add as many or as few, depending on who will be eating the dip.
Add cheese to the mixture.
Pour stirred Good Seasons dressing over cheese mixture and stir well, careful not to smoosh the cheese too much.
Let sit for at least four hours before enjoying it.
