18 oz blockregular cream cheese
110 oz canRotel
1cupwhole milk * have more on hand to thin down the dip as it sits, or for reheating
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp mild chili powder
1tsponion powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot (this one is awesome--> http://amzn.to/2y244YO) and cook on low, stirring frequently. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!** If you want to melt the cheese dip faster, melt on the stovetop on low and transfer to a crock pot for fantastic dipping!
