Easy Oven Baked Pork Chops

These easy baked pork chops are covered in a crispy parmesan cheese breading and baked, not fried. They're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1/2" - 3/4" thick
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 c Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • On a plate combine the last five ingredients
  • One by one, dredge pork chop through olive oil and then coat each pork chop in the breading and cheese mixture
  • Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray
  • Place the pork chops on the pan and bake for 35-45 minutes
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the thickest pork chops temperature to make sure that the pork chop is at least 145 degrees.
  • Let the pork chops sit for 2-3 minutes and Enjoy!
