Easy Baked Pork Chops

If you’ve ever had dried out pork chops there’s no doubt that you’ll soon be wondering how to bake boneless pork chops without drying them out.

Pork chops are a bit finicky, but once you have the perfect recipe I have no doubt that you’ll love cooking this full-of-flavor inexpensive cut of meat.

What is the pork chop cut that I use in this recipe?

I used a boneless pork chop from my local grocery butcher counter. As you can tell, it’s got a fair amount of dark meat on the pork chop, which is my favorite.

Boneless pork chop about 3/4 to an inch thick is what is perfect for this recipe.

Can you bake boneless pork chops?

Yes! You sure can! And, pork chops can also be grilled. This baked boneless pork chops recipe is my favorite recipe to make if you can’t get the grill going.

Ingredients: Oven Baked Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops, 1/2″ – 3/4″ thick
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 c Panko Bread Crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Baked Pork Chop Recipe:

On a plate combine the last five ingredients

One by one, dredge pork chop through olive oil and then coat each pork chop in the breading and cheese mixture

Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray

Place the pork chops on the pan and bake for 35-45 minutes

Use a meat thermometer to check the thickest pork chops temperature to make sure that the pork chop is at least 145 degrees.

Let the pork chops sit for 2-3 minutes and Enjoy!
