cans Rotel tomatoes ** I use one can of rotel per pound of chicken

warmed up chicken broth
Put all ingredients in 6- Qt. Instant Pot
Instructions
Put all ingredients in 6- Qt. Instant Pot
Set to high pressure for 12 minutes
Seal Instant Pot and walk away
When Instant Pot is finished, quick release or natural release for a more tender shredded chicken
Remove inside pot from Instant Pot and use hand mixer to shred chicken
Serve with tortillas, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, salsa and all the fixins'!
